Why write?
There are many reasons to write. Here are a few:

To process life events:: Some things are too scary to talk about. Writing helps.
To remember what's important: It's amazing what writing for a few minutes a day can do
To have conversations with peole we can't talk with: A miscommunication and/or a misunderstanding destroys friendship.
To soothe the soul: Writing helps increase our awareness of who I am. What do I stand for? What are my passions?
To create ... articles, books, blog posts, etc.
To connect: Daily writing habits deepen our connection with ourselves and others
To celebrate: There's always something to be grateful for. What can you celebrate today?
