I’ve heard this phrase "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" several times recently.
The most important and impactful came as a surprise. My brother, sister, and I met recently to discuss Mom’s end-of-life process
I wasn’t sure what we’d discuss or how things might go. I’ve felt left out in a number of situations for a variety of reasons. That's not the point of this blog post. What they said and also how they said it were significant. “YOU ARE NOT ALONE”. They care. They asked me how they could support me now – and in the future. I didn’t have an answer. I might soon. WHAT AN OPEN DOOR!
