Teamwork: Understanding
A real life case study.
A client of ours recently started a new project with 4 new team members. 

The project launched about 3 months after first team meeting.

After the first event he came to us with what he felt was a problem.

Not all the team members understood his vision.

After discussing this, we came up with a few questions and a possible solution. Let’s create a team survey. We did.
